These Terms govern access to and use of the RagNight knowledge infrastructure service for AI applications.

2. Access

Access to the service requires account creation and compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and not to infringe third-party rights. Use for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data and documents. RagNight grants you a license to use the service. All rights to the platform remain RagNight's property.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RagNight shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. RagNight may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
