Does Ragnight read our invoices line by line?

No, by design. From Pennylane, Ragnight builds one record per supplier and customer (identity, VAT number, amounts billed, balance due): that is what you query in natural language. Detailed entries stay in your accounting tool.

Does our financial data leave Europe?

It is hosted in Europe, isolated per organization and encrypted. To produce answers, its content is processed by AI model providers, listed on request. And your sources' access rights are enforced: everyone queries only the documents they can access.
