Knowledge Pulse

How Knowledge Pulse works

A knowledge base decays silently: information ages, topics go missing, documents contradict each other. Knowledge Pulse audits all of this automatically, gives you a clear score, and tells you exactly what to fix.

The problem

A bad AI answer always comes from bad data.

Your AI assistants are only as good as your knowledge. If a procedure is outdated or two documents contradict each other, the AI will answer confidently… and wrong. The problem is that nobody notices until it's too late.

Stale information

A 2023 policy still cited as current.

Gaps

Common questions with no documented answer.

Contradictions

Two documents that say the opposite of each other.

The mechanism

A continuous improvement loop

Knowledge Pulse runs four steps continuously. Every document you add or update restarts the loop — your score evolves in real time.

1

Analyse

Knowledge Pulse scans your public site and connected sources, understands your business and industry, then inventories what you already have.

2

Score

It computes a maturity score from 0 to 100 and a level from 1 to 5, broken down across six dimensions (coverage, structure, quality, governance…).

3

Detection

It surfaces what's missing, what's outdated and what's contradictory — the blind spots no one catches by eye.

4

Recommendations

It proposes prioritised objectives (P1/P2/P3) and ready-to-fill templates to close the gaps. As soon as a document is validated, the score recalculates.

…then the loop starts again, continuously.

What the score measures

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to start?

Just your website address. The first audit is based on your public pages and arrives in minutes. You can then connect internal sources (Notion, Drive, Confluence…) for a full analysis.

Is my internal data analysed without my consent?

No. The initial audit only touches your public site. Internal sources are analysed only after you explicitly connect them, and stay isolated and EU-hosted.

Does the score update on its own?

Yes. Every document added or updated restarts the loop and recalculates your score. You see progress in real time, without re-running an audit manually.

Who is Knowledge Pulse for?

Operational teams — CS, HR, RevOps, Finance — who want reliable knowledge without becoming documentation experts. No technical skills required.
