We never charge for the foundation: connecting your sources, organizing your knowledge, and searching it. It's the base Ragnight stands on, and it has to stay open to the whole company, no barrier.
Why is Knowledge Pulse billed per organization? −
Knowledge Pulse watches over your entire body of knowledge, not an individual's usage. Its value benefits the whole company, so it's billed once, per organization.
Why is Intelligence billed per user? −
Every employee gets their own assistant, their own answers, their own agents. That value is individual, so billing follows the number of active users.
Can I use only Knowledge Pulse? −
Yes. You can turn on Knowledge Pulse without activating Intelligence for your users: your knowledge stays reliable and current, even without a daily AI assistant.
Can I use only Intelligence? −
Yes. You can give your teams an assistant without turning on Knowledge Pulse. That said, we recommend Knowledge Pulse as soon as your knowledge base grows, to avoid contradictions and stale content.
What exactly does memory include? −
Memory brings together everything you connect: documents, emails, meetings, your CRM, internal wikis. It becomes searchable through the Knowledge Layer and Search, with everyone's access rights always respected.
What happens if my company grows? −
